Our Story

We met at work, friends first.

We moved in together in Salford Quays. We spent Covid locked up in our little flat together, playing cards and drinking cocktails on the balcony watching the sunset. We moved to Didsbury in 2022, our dream place to live! A typical weekend involves park run, brunch in the village with friends, watching live music at a pub, working on our allotment and nights away in our campervan.

We've visited some incredible places and had some insane experiences. Our highlights include:

• Surfing the magical cove of Hirikiteya in Sri Lanka
• Dune skiing in the desert oasis of Huacachina in Peru
• Galloping on horses through the wild plains of Kyrgyzstan
• Exploring some of the world's biggest caves in the jungles of Vietnam
• Cruising through the backwaters at sunrise in Kerala, India
• And of course, all our many special times spent on snowy mountains, skiing & snowboarding

We took our beloved campervan over to Ireland for a wonderful but very wet road trip along the wild Atlantic coast. One morning, we woke up early for a sunrise hike up Torc Mountain near Killarney. Unsurprisingly it was too cloudy for a proper sunrise, but it did stop raining for the whole hike, so we had incredible views across the Ring Of Kerry. At the peak, we snuggled up under a blanket with hot chocolate to look out at the views. Soon after, Zac got down on one knee and proposed. It was just us together, on the top of a mountain, very much in love. We celebrated with champagne and a seafood dinner in Dingle, followed by some very cute Irish pubs and lots of handshakes from old Irish men.

And now, we're excited to begin the next chapter of our journey together, surrounded by the people we love most.
